Jewellery Orders
Shipping
Shipping is free of charge for all jewellery orders over €350. Orders under €350 will be charged €10 at checkout.
(Based on selected currency, i.e. £/€/$350)
All pieces on Finematter are shipped directly from the maker's studio. If you have ordered pieces from multiple makers, you will receive deliveries from each maker.
DHL and UPS are our primary delivery partners. All orders are fully insured.
Once you’ve completed the checkout process, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. We will approve your payment method, verify your delivery address and confirm your order with our partner makers. Once these checks have been completed, we will send you an email confirming your order. This process may take up to two days.
Import Customs & Duties
Import customs and duties will be prepaid by Finematter and you will not be required to pay any additional charges on delivery.
Insurance
Any damage that would occur to the jewellery or any loss of the package on its way to you, are fully insured, and full coverage insurance is included.
Should the package be lost or damaged, you will receive a full and immediate refund for your purchase.
Delivery time
Delivery speeds vary, depending on the piece you choose and your delivery location.
On each product page, you will see a production time. This indicates how long it will take the maker to prepare your order. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery will take between 2 and 5 to arrive with you.
Order tracking
You will receive an email from us, once your order is on its way. It will give you details for tracking your order, so that you can follow the delivery and specific delivery time. You will also receive a notification from the carrier.
Service orders
Shipping
A shipping fee is applicable to all service orders.
Once you order is confirmed and verified, you'll receive a shipping label via email. This must be used to send your jewellery to the relevant address.
UPS is our main delivery partner for service orders, however, we may use other parties from time-to-time.
Import Customs & Duties
Service orders are not applicable to any customs and duties.
Insurance
Any damage that would occur to the jewellery or any loss of the package on its way to you, are fully insured, and full coverage insurance is included.
Delivery time
Delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days.
